Lançam o primeiro empreendimento da collab no Paraná | O Jardins Artefacto by Swell integra a natureza ao urbano, com arte e design.
A Swell Construções, incorporadora curitibana referência em imóveis de luxo, e a Artefacto, empresa reconhecida internacionalmente pelo design e alto padrão de móveis, reuniram cerca de 300 convidados, na noite da última quinta-feira (28/11), para o concerto de lançamento do primeiro empreendimento da collab das marcas no Paraná: o Jardins Artefacto by Swell.
O empreendimento com imóveis de luxo fica numa exclusiva área de oito mil metros quadrados cravada no alto das Mercês, em Curitiba, e tem em seu cerne muita natureza e história. Local que sediou um importante movimento artístico e cultural no estado, que culminou na criação da Orquestra Sinfônica do Paraná, em 1985.
Durante cinco décadas, foi a morada da Família Brandão. Lá, o Dr. Hélio Brandão, médico, e a esposa Ophélia, pianista, ensinaram todos os seus sete filhos a tocarem um instrumento musical. Seis deles, se tornaram músicos profissionais, entre eles, o Helinho, que compôs a sinfonia “Tapajós 177”, em referência ao endereço da casa onde a família morava.
A sinfonia foi apresentada ao vivo pelo Quinteto Brandão, durante o concerto de lançamento, inaugurando um novo capítulo nesse endereço tão especial para a cidade e o estado. Ainda na ocasião, foi feita uma homenagem à família pela contribuição à história da música paranaense e para celebrar a parceria.
“Quis o destino unir essas três famílias num propósito de construir o melhor empreendimento imobiliário de Curitiba. Uma joia que inaugura um novo conceito de morar. Que busca o equilíbrio entre o urbano e a natureza, que valoriza e homenageia o passado, transformando-o em legado para a construção do futuro”, afirma a diretora administrativa da Swell Construções, Vanessa Pissetti.
Assinado pelos escritórios Baggio Schiavon e FN Arquitetura, o Jardins Artefacto by Swell terá três torres e um total de 36 casas verticais, com 3 ou 4 suítes e áreas privativas que variam de 190 a 380 metros quadrados. A arquiteta Juliana Meda é quem assina o projeto de interiores das áreas comuns, que terão mobiliário 100% Artefacto.
“O Jardins Artefacto by Swell nasce quebrando paradigmas. Ao mesmo tempo em que inaugura uma nova forma de pensar e projetar imóveis, também coloca a marca da Swell em um outro patamar. Estamos subindo régua cada vez mais. E esse é só o começo”, comenta o diretor de incorporação da Swell Construções, Leonardo Pissetti.
Um projeto que busca redefinir o conceito de luxo, como explica Vanessa. “Um luxo menos ostensivo e tradicional e mais afeito às experiências, à valorização do tempo e, sobretudo, à busca por autenticidade. À um estilo de vida de vida baseado mais em propósito do que ao status e à vaidade”, conclui.
“Eu tive a certeza de que esse seria o nosso projeto de Curitiba, em que poderíamos colocar a coisa mais importante que a gente tem, a marca da Artefacto. O empreendimento é espetacular, um verdadeiro bosque dentro da cidade, que engendrou um projeto lindo de arquitetura”, comenta o CEO da Artefacto, Paulo Bacchi.
Oásis verde no coração da metrópole – O Jardins Artefacto by Swell se destaca por sua integração com a natureza. Metade da área do terreno – ou seja, quatro mil metros quadrados – será destinada a uma área de preservação permanente, criando um verdadeiro oásis verde no coração de Curitiba.
O empreendimento de luxo apresenta um conceito inovador de “casas verticais”, com imóveis, com pé-direito de até três metros, que aliam o espaço e a distribuição de uma casa tradicional com o conforto e a segurança de um apartamento.
Serão três opções de residências, todas com vista para o exuberante bosque do entorno, projetadas para atender diferentes estilos de vida: casa na árvore (coberturas duplex), casa de vidro (apartamentos tipos) e casa jardim (apartamento Garden).
Sustentabilidade e conveniência – O Jardins Artefacto by Swell incorpora diversas iniciativas sustentáveis, garantindo eficiência, conforto e bem-estar aos moradores.
O diretor de engenharia da Swell Construções, Thiago Pissetti, conta que o empreendimento terá placas solares para gerar energia limpa que vai abastecer toda a área comum do condomínio, sensores de iluminação e sistema de reaproveitamento da água da chuva, este em patamar superior ao que a norma exige.
Além disso, o empreendimento de luxo terá um sistema construtivo eficiente, que privilegia a iluminação e a ventilação natural, através de amplas janelas e conforto térmico calculado em cada face do edifício, garantindo um nível excelente de conforto térmico em cada unidade.
“O edifício terá todos os principais itens que são exigidos para uma certificação de sustentabilidade, como LEED e WELL”, ressalta Thiago. A incorporadora também quer estimular o uso de meios de transportes alternativos e vai entregar um amplo bicicletário e a infraestrutura instalada para a recarga de carros elétricos.
A área de lazer do Jardins Artefacto by Swell é uma atração à parte. Cuidadosamente planejada, ela inclui espaços inovadores, como spa e espaço beauty. Outro diferencial é o serviço de concierge para moradores e síndico. Um profissional dedicado que vai desde tirar dúvidas e agilizar o atendimento das demandas relacionadas ao condomínio até ajudar na organização de eventos e na contratação de fornecedores.
